With the new year well under way its around this time that new legislation will begin to be seen. This includes new laws, covering everything from texting and driving to carrying a concealed weapons and cyber bulling. I feel it is important for people at the college age and education level because it will be the responsibility of us young adults to educate ourselves on this new legislation. It is also us who will be expected to deal with the consequences and repercussions of these laws. Dealing with the expansion and invasion of electronics into our daily lives we must now learn to combat the ever growing amounts of unacceptable acts taking place with these new technologies. Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking the law. In order to protect yourself from others and the heavy hand of the government and their legislation it is important to understand the workings around you and the limits of your actions.
